Stäubli Robotics will present hygienic automation solutions for the food industry at the Anuga FoodTec international trade fair, taking place in Cologne on March 19 to 22. One of the highlights at Booth C049, Hall 7.1 will be the premiere of the new Stäubli TX2-200 six-axis robot in an improved, washdown-capable HE (humid environment) version.
Visitors will experience the performance of our hygienic HE robot series with practical demo applications. These include a six-axis TX2-60 HE cutting chicken and beef with a water jet, after which, a TS2-60 HE SCARA will take over packaging the portioned pieces of meat.
In another robot cell, two four-axis robots will handle ham in a multi-picking process. The SCARAs work at high speed, placing the sliced ham into blister packs.
Last but not least, a TS2-80 HE SCARA will demonstrate its high dynamics when loading an oven with baked goods.
All of Stäubli’s Anuga FoodTec applications will demonstrate the advantages of our HE robot series for handling unwrapped food: superior hygienic design, easy washdown cleaning and unrestricted performance even with food-grade H1 oil.
You can also talk to our industry experts at the event and find out firsthand what else makes Stäubli robots the best choice for food applications.
We look forward to meeting you.
